How does it work?
Utilising StorageCraft’s Head Start Restore technology, alongside Microsoft Hyper-V, our Disaster Protection Environment provides a preconfigured virtual environment, ready to be switched on at a moment’s notice. Each client server is hosted on dedicated disk arrays and has reserved system resources set aside, allowing a smooth transition to an environment matching the performance of the live servers.
All networking connections and DNS entries are prepared in advance to provide the fastest possible move to the remote virtual environment. This is only available as an additional service to Datavault Premium customers.
